Service was outstanding. Room was cleaned daily and the atmosphere was awesome. I enjoyed sitting in the lobby in the evenings by the firepla ce. They do offer valet parking but to be honest you can use the parking garage next door for half the price.

Great stay and caring staff. There was a power outage that occurred on our last night. My partner and I met Stephen and Blue in the lobby at 6 something in the morning- impressed that two managers were here that early. Sandy and Paul at the desk was great and offered us muffins and coffee while we waited for the power and water to return. These things happen but having a caring staff like this is hard to find these days.

Ms. Brandii at Rowdy tiger was amazing!! I felt as if I had known her my whole life. I haven’t had good customer service in a very long time. SHE was the best part of our trip to Atlanta from Dallas. I love her smile and her energy!!! I’ll definitely be back to visit the Hotel , restaurant and Ms. Brandii !!!!

Special shootout to Brandi and Mandy works in the restaurant super helpful and great personality. The hotel stay is amazing too. This is my 3rd or 4th stay and generally very busy during GT football games, but quality of service is good. Valet parking is $50 per day way too much. That is my only complaint.

Wie had a great stay in this hotel, even though we arrived on very busy Labor Day weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful, thanks a lot once again! The rooms are nice and spacious and the hotel is in a good location. There are bars and a Publix close by. It is a short drive to the main tourist attractions, that was important to us.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location in Midtown is perfect. The lobby was incredibly cozy and inviting, setting a great tone right away. Every staff member I encountered was polite and went out of their way to be accommodating. Our room was spotless, and the city view was absolutely stunning. We didn’t have any issues with noise while we were there. The hotel was very quiet. Although I didn't have a chance to try the breakfast, the food from the hotel restaurant was delicious. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I return to Midtown Atlanta.

My room was cleaned well, but the bathroom was showing some clear signs of wear (the shower was stained and the floor was scratched up). The bathroom lighting is absolutely horrible, so ladies, good luck doing your hair and makeup in that tiny room. Bed was comfy and the pillows are very large. VERY limited selection of channels, which is pathetic since you can stay at a Holiday Inn and have access to Starz, HBO, Cinemax, etc. Also, charging $56 per day for parking is CRAZY since the apartment complex literally next door charged $55 for THREE DAYS. Don’t let this place scam you. I only stayed at this hotel because it was within walking distance of a music festival and I didn’t want to have to deal with buses all weekend. It is VERY conveniently located to all kinds of restaurants and shopping, and is a quick uber ride to the Georgia Aquarium. The location is unmatched, and the front desk staff are super friendly.

The hotel was nice but a few things were broken in my room like one of the closet doors and a knob in the bathroom kept popping out every time I would switch to the shower hence the 4 stars. The staff was very friendly though and efficient.
